So many Pros! A few Cons- The quality & variety different greatly from store to store as does the cleanliness. Having been such a long time customer I'm used to getting ridiculously good deal in the clearance section, these days just taking $2 off warrants it being in clearance??? Still better prices than in department stores and (some)online
This was my first visit to a TJ Maxx as I had to return some items I was given for my newly 1 year year old that were too small. Great prices kind of counteract the staff that were anything but helpful. I wanted a 12m, 18m, or 24m old jacket and the 3 employees I tried to ask kept walking like I wasn't even there. Turns out the lady who checked out in front of me bought a cart full of the jackets and that was all they had. I ended up just getting the only warm outfit there for a girl in a 12 month or 18 months. They only had a 12m or 24m. $7ish for the Carter's "mouse" jumper with hood is a decent price.
TJ Maxx is 2 of my Top 5 stores to shop in! I've been a customer for as long as they opened here in GA.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good selections in every department. Clean and neat! They didn't make the 5th star, because management should have more cashiers available.
I love TJ Maxx!!! I could literally be there for hours and hours. This one is great, they have a good variety of items and the shoe selection is wonderful. I'm a shoe person so that's a big plus! Must see for anyone wondering.
I am so sorry to say that the only thing that mattered to them when the store was closing in 10 minutes was that I put my items back in the proper place . They refused to give me time to check out my items that were worth over $100. They were only wanted to close with 10 minutes left
Won't ever buy there again!
