Scam company trying to collect on fraudulent charges

Beware of these debt collectors, please! Either you develop a serious thick skin with them by staying calm or do not even bother answering the phone.
This company placed a collection account on my credit and never contacted me. I called the number showing on my credit profile AND their main number and cannot get anyone on the phone. Worst business practices I have seen in a while.
