They had my grand mouthers funeral there back in 1993.

Very nice cemetery to walk in and lots of Ingress or Pokemon Stops

I can not begin to explain how upsetting and disappointing this funeral service was. If it was up to me I would not even consider giving them one star on here. From the very moment that they went to pick up my mothers body from the hospital they were rude and uncaring for our grieving family. They were yanking around my mothers body. Afterwards, when they had my mothers body in the hearse taking her to church where we had a service prepared for her they were speeding passing red lights, avoiding any stops there might be. After the church service we talked to them asking them to please respect speed limits and respect my mothers body that they were carrying. They said they would so we followed them and realized they were speeding way past the speed limit and completely ignored our wishes. We were very upset and spoke to them once we got to the crematory. They started yelling at us while my mothers body was in the casket right in front of us. We found out the driver of the hearse was the owners son. He did whatever he wanted because he knew his position in the company. They have no consideration for grieving families. Their job is to make things easier for the families and understand the grieving period. Instead they showed disrespect to my mothers body and our family. We would not recommend their service.

This is a lovely place. The staff is very courteous, they made sure everything was done exactly as planned. I have had several encounters there for funerals, burials and pre-planning of funeral arrangements and have always been treated with the utmost respect. I will also add that pre-planning there is very affordable and very easy. In my opinion the best way to prepare. I have had to make funeral arrangements after relatives have passed That is extremely difficult to do while grieving. The last funeral was pre-planned with all of there help. When the time came I only had to make 1 phone call and everything was done for my family after that. I'm just assuming that if some people have had a bad experience there it was from the families lack of preparation. We do expect while we are grieving that the funeral home take care of everything. They have just a few days to prepare for family and friends to say goodbye to a loved one for the last time. They only have a few pictures and what you tell them about that person to rely on. Most of the time it is likely they are helping to plan something for someone they didn't know and probably never even met. Face it people we are all going to pass. PRE-PLAN for your funeral arrangements so everyone is prepared. Needless to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Crowell Brothers and would not take a loved one anywhere else.

I over looked the fact that the usher sat in the lobby on his cell during my mother's visitation, but I struggle to overlook what happened today. I went to pick up my mother's death certificate and was verbally attacked by the gentleman. Apparently my father had done something to upset them, but here is the deal--I am not my father. I am a grown woman. I do not follow my father around and tend to his business. If you have a problem with him, take it up with him--don't attack me! I was simply sent to pick up the death certificates. (Although I did apologize for whatever he had done.) NOT a good way to treat someone grieving the loss of their mother!!
